With a Focus on People
A positive working environment is the foundation of quality work. At Impol, we respect our employees, reward them fairly, and offer numerous opportunities for growth and connection. By investing in knowledge, well-being, and collaboration, we foster a culture in which every individual can contribute to our shared success.
Mentoring for New Employees
At the start of their career at Impol, every new employee receives the support of an experienced mentor, guiding them through their first steps – from initial training to independent work. Mentorship ensures faster integration into the workplace and the transfer of valuable knowledge that has been built within the company over decades.
Academy for Potentials
Through the Academy for Potentials, we develop future leaders and highly motivated experts. The programme combines training, practical projects, and collaboration with the management, enabling participants to enhance their competencies and actively contribute to innovative solutions within the Impol Group.
Scholarship Programmes
We support young people studying in fields relevant to our business – from metallurgy and mechanical engineering to electrical engineering and IT – through scholarships. Scholarship holders are also offered the opportunity to complete internships and summer work, helping them transition more easily from the classroom to the company.
Workplace Health Promotion
Employee health is our top priority. Twice a year – in spring and autumn – we organise a Health Promotion Week, which includes screenings, lectures, sports activities, and individual consultations. We also operate within the Impol Health Promotion Association, which runs programmes aimed at improving well-being, preventing injuries, and encouraging an active lifestyle.
Employee Events
We connect our employees beyond the workplace. Traditional events include Family Day, winter and summer sports games, a professional symposium, holiday gift-giving by Santa Claus, and gatherings for retirees. These occasions strengthen team spirit, encourage the exchange of experiences, and reinforce employees’ sense of belonging to the company.

Communication
For a company to function and develop, communication and awareness are a prerequisite. The operation policy of the Impol Group is relayed to all stakeholders through established communication channels. In this manner, we can establish transparency and build additional confidence in our work.
