We would like to inform you that in September we introduced a new procedure for entering the Impol Industrial Zone. In line with the TISAX standard and the Impol Group policy, we have implemented additional access control measures. Below are the key points related to entry:
Key changes:
- We have introduced the Go Drive system for registering visitors and contractors. Each person wishing to enter the IC Impol must become acquainted with the general conditions and safety measures and complete a short test. The validity of the test is 2 years.
- At the gate, it is necessary to present a valid personal identification document.
- Every visitor will receive a QR code that enables entry into the IC Impol.
- Important: Without a completed test, entry into the IC Impol will not be possible. Truck drivers who must undergo weighing before entering the Industrial Zone are exempt from registration and familiarization, as they are managed within a separate system.
If you intend to enter the industrial zone and have not received an entry permit (QR code), we suggest that you first contact the responsible person for registering your visit, who will enable prior familiarization. Otherwise, you will need to complete the familiarization process and take the test in the visitor area before entering.
Delivery services and cleaning contractors do not require prior registration to enter the Impol industrial zone, as the day and time of deliveries or services are unpredictable. Likewise, no prior registration by the responsible person within the zone is required. Upon entry, delivery services and cleaning contractors must identify themselves at the gate, and it is mandatory to become acquainted with the general conditions and complete the test – upon the first entry and thereafter every 2 years.
