Based on the Rules of Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. and Article 110 of the Law on the Financial Instruments Market Act (Ur. l. RS, no. 67/2007, as amended and supplemented, hereinafter ZTFI) company Impol 2000 d.d., Partizanska ulica 38, 2310 Slovenska Bistrica (hereinafter: Impol 2000 d.d.) publishes an audited annual report of Impol Group and Impol 2000 d.d. for year 2015, which was approved by the Management Board at its meeting on 20. April 2016.
The audited annual report is attached hereto.
