In November 2024, we proudly achieved a significant breakthrough at the Impol Foundry – the successful first casting of 82 mm diameter cast bars, thanks to the collaboration and expertise of the Wagstaff team. This has expanded our production portfolio, enabling us to master the technology of casting bars in diameters of 72 mm, 82 mm and 107 mm.💪

Our cast bars are not only sustainable but also technologically and qualitatively comparable to extruded bars, opening up numerous possibilities for application:

🔹 Integration across diverse industrial sectors.
Through the development and optimization of process parameters, we ensure that our cast bars meet the highest quality standards and requirements. Additionally, with precision machining, we provide final diameters ranging from 65 mm to 106 mm, offering unparalleled flexibility to meet the specific needs of our customers.
Along with providing dimensional versatility, we produce bars in seven different alloys of the EN AW 6xxx series and can also cast them by customer requirements.
