Our company emphasizes the cooperation with employees also outside the range of their working tasks. We believe that employees, who are strongly integrated into the activities of the organization, contribute a lot to the organization themselves.
We tend to give every employee an award for a job well done. We think it is important that the company means more than merely a working place for the employee. They accept it as an important part of their lives and enjoy the time, which they spent in the company. For this aim, we carry out various activities, which increase loyalty and satisfaction of employees.
- Employees receive the award from the address of individual work efficiency and from the address of the company’s success.
- Individuals receive bonuses for project work for their work on projects.
- Once a year, we organize a meeting of jubilees. Employees, which are part of the collective for 10, 20, 30 years, we give a bronze, silver and golden sign of Impol as a sign of gratitude for their loyalty.
- Once a year, we choose the innovator of the year and the most innovative unit.
- We cooperate with representative trade unions as partners, especially in the area of closing a collective agreement and also in the shaping of the wages policy for the current year.
- We preserve the attained level of enterprise standard of employees (holiday facilities, warm meals, health protection, organizing sport activities).
- We have been participating in the payment of the contribution for the additional pension insurance (25 EUR per employee).
