We assure fair and indiscriminatory relations in every aspect. New employees are gained through the Employment Office respectively on the labor market on the basis of a call for applications. We carry out a conversation with individual candidates, who fulfill the required criteria. Next to the professional services, heads of units and their professional workers are also present at the conversation.
The decisive factors are knowledge, education, qualifications, devotion, readiness and interest to work.
We often participate ourselves in the education process of our own personnel (we award personnel scholarships, encourage and stimulate studying along work and we introduce team – and project work). To ensure that we will not have problems in finding workers of metallurgic profession, we try to encourage students in the elementary and secondary school to choose the metallurgic profession.
We educate above all professional workers with own scholarships. After their studies, we give them an employment and introduce them to their work through preparatory programs.
