Examination of final stocks
The buyer can see basic information about every package that can be found in the warehouse of the final products and was created according to his wishes.
Data is classified according to receivers of these products and the group of products.
The suggestion for the dispatch
According to the stocks in the warehouse of final products, a buyer can compose a suggestion of the dispatch that is further on treated by sales referent in Impol. The buyer marks the packages, selects or writes the receiver and other things and then confirms the suggestion of the dispatch.
E-suggestion of the dispatch can be improved if needed by the buyer and also the sales referent in Impol – all until the finish that is done by the referent in Impol.
All past suggestions of the dispatches are available to the buyer.
Supervision of the documents
All documents are arranged by year, months, data of creation and the number of the delivery note. The buyer can select between the recording and the extract of the document in kilograms or libras (for the American markets).
The document can be printed in Slovene, German or English. We need Acrobat Reader to open the document.
- Delivery note
The buyer can look and writes out the delivery note for his dispatch and delivery notes for his future receivers. He first selects a year and then the month when the document was created. At the end he selects the documents itself. If he wants to print out the document, he writes his e-mail (or the e-mail to which he wants to send it), selects the language of the print of the document and confirms the action. After some a few moments he receives a document via his e-mail. He can also print it through his printing machine. - Attestation
The buyer can optionally arrange the attestation from his delivery notes. In this way he can compose and print out or send the attestation for the complete delivery, individual position of the delivery or for individual package unit of the delivery.
Desired document is selected with the help of basic criterion, as for example year and month of the creation of the document. Here he can see all positions of the individual package that is on the selected delivery note. After the selection of the position, individual package units are also seen, same as mechanic characteristics and chemical structure from which the product in made.
After the finished selection, the buyer writes in his e-mail address, the language of the print and then confirms the action. He later receives the document in PDF format via his e-mail. He can also print them. - Invoice (in preparation)
In the future, we also plan to offer the prints of invoices. Due to protection of the data and services and due to settlement of the certificate or safety key this has not been available yet.
Ordering from the stocks
A buyer reaches his desired product through levels: he first selects the type of the product, and then he selects dimensions, alloy …
When the buyer finds the desired product, he orders if for a defined price, it the product is available.
A list of products that can be transported to a shopping cart appears for the buyer. From this look he can then return to the catalogue of the products and orders another product, he can revoke and cancel the order or continue with the order. In the case of continuing with the order, a complete order appears in front of him – he can order it, cancel or save it for later. If he confirms the order, the available product is reserved. The buyer can also look at old orders.
After he confirms the order, the commercialist checks the order and confirms it – stocks decreases for the reserved quantity. The order can also be revoked by the commercialist – in this way, the reserved stocks is available again and the products are again available for ordering from stocks for other buyers.
The buyer is notified about the state of his order (confirmed, denied, and hanged).
Ordering the products from production program (in preparation)
After signing in the system, the buyers will have the ability to order any product they choose from the production program. In some fields, parameters will have to be chosen or filled in. These parameters define the product (dimension, alloy the state …)
The order could involve more positions that will be added to the shopping cart. Ordered products will remain in the cart even after signing out of the system. When the order is confirmed, the order is transported to the system where it is treated by the referent in Impol. Later on the order goes to handling by a standard way into the production informational system.
