Impol is a public limited company. The Company’s registered share capital as at 31 December 2002 equalled EUR 16.954.599. Together with ten subsidiaries and associated companies the Impol Group is formed.

The Company was classified in the activity code 28.400, i.e. forging, extruding, stamping & roll forming of metal; powder metallurgy.
